Location: Michener Aquatic Centre

When: Thursday 7-9pm  (Arrive 6:30pm / Warm up 7:00-7:20pm / Race Start: 7:30pm)

We will only run one heat of the 400 Free, if we have more than 6 swimmers, then we will swim 2 per lane, maximum of 10 swimmers. First come first serve.

Maximum of 6 entries per swimmer not including relays.
There will be relays and our coaches will assign you to a relay - FUN FUN FUN
