These sessions will focus on body activation and recovery to help with injury prevention. We will focus on mobility, strength and power during these sessions to best prepare for a water session and give you the skills to best be able to prepare and prevent injury on your own. Once a month, we will take the time to go over proper recovery stretching skills to allow you to get the best out of your workout and best recovery for the next one. We also hope to add some fun personal challenges and help support athlete development and some team building fun!

Please bring comfortable clothing you can move in (shorts, t-shirt, sweatpants, etc.) There will be time to change into a swimsuit after the session before getting into the pool for 7:30 PM.
